Natural Wisdom: Calm Intention

 It starts with the intention to be calmly aware of your whole surroundings. Letting all the senses naturally rotate with the earth. A conscious decision to be one with many. Instead of one with none. We start to realize an unsettling and indifferent feeling. One that is familiar and calm. Even in its uncertainty. So our brain races to the next understanding, seeking comfort and reason. In that process, we lose the moment of alignment and the true answer to knowing. Starting again with an intentional and calm deep breath, into a steady, controlled breathing. Combined with an intentional and calm feeling of an object around you. The intentional and calm scene of the steam from maybe a hot drink, the calming noises of your environment, the scent of a flavored coffee, or your clothing. You will feel your body releasing the pressure, constraints, and uncertainty we put on ourselves. The brain will no longer be indifferent, but aware, understanding, and present with your higher self. Your knowing self. That familiar calm will now be certainty, confidence, understanding, and clarity. From our internal self, resonating outward to others.
