Natural Wisdom: Breaking the cycle of thought

 At any moment we can break the cycle of thought, which can be a pattern of restriction, pressure, and suffering. Acknowledging internally what our bodies are telling us is heavy, overbearing, or shameful. Can be calmly released in that moment of what can seem chaotic. With a gentle pause, steady breathing, and a glance at the scene around you. An intentional realization that you are there, and only there in that moment. Will was away all that you have been inherently carrying, either by your own actions or the actions of others. In that moment, an intentional realization can be made that you are no longer a prisoner of your own thoughts and that you are fully part of the world around you. Releasing all that you have been inherently carrying, either by your own actions or the actions of others. From childhood to the present. In that same calm moment, or the next. Choice and action come together. To make that moment the new you, liberating, and permanent. Or continue to carry what no longer belongs to you, corners you at every turn, and makes its way around to haunt you again. Every calm choice and intentional action after that will be the moment when you allow it thrive and prosper. Within you and around you.
